A Note From The CEO

My name is James Nielsen, and I have been a civil engineer for 12+ years. While working in Arizona’s construction industry, I saw firsthand the challenges contractors face. Busy schedules left less time for bidding on multiple projects, a problem shared by many of my peers. There was a clear market gap that needed filling; the need for a company providing accurate and timely construction cost estimates.

Thus, in 2006, I founded ArizonaEstimation to address these challenges head-on. Our team delivers detailed and spot-on estimates that help clients boost their bidding process. Over time, we have experienced the highs and lows of the industry, learning valuable lessons. However, our dedication to quality and client satisfaction paid off. We have built a strong reputation as one of Arizona’s top construction estimating companies.
